Jerusalem heritage experiences in virtual reality, including the flagship “A City Beneath Your Feet — Jerusalem Through the Ages”, with existing institutional deliveries and new experiences being developed.

Zakira — ذاكرة المكان — is my work on immersive Jerusalem heritage experiences. It gives the city’s places and history a dedicated space within our product development, using VR content to create experiences for cultural and educational settings.

Its flagship is “تحت قدميك مدينة – القدس عبر الحقب” (“A City Beneath Your Feet — Jerusalem Through the Ages”). Zakira already includes experiences delivered to institutions; it is not only a future concept. Alongside those deliveries, we are developing new experiences about Jerusalem.

The next stage I am working toward is a product and licensing model: developing experiences that institutions can use beyond a single commission. I want to build on the work already delivered, while giving new Jerusalem heritage experiences room to develop.
